Valley of Kings
The magnificence of the grandeur of architecture that was used for burial, there are
many kings buried in this valley. The most known tombs are King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis
III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah and AmonhotepII.
Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari
Is it to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut known as El Dir El Bahari which was built
by Queen Hatshepsut the daughter of Thutmosis I, who ruled Egypt for about 20 years
during the 18th Dynasty (approximately 1490-1469 B.C), the only Pharaonic woman
who reigned ancient Egypt.
Colossi of Memnon
The Colossi of Memnon which are remains of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III

A tour of some amazing sites made even better by our lovely Host. We were picked up by private mini bus and taken to the valley of the Kings and Habu Temple (an under visited gem btw). We then took a boat from the West Bank directly to our hotel on the East side.
Our host Ali was so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Add to this the excellent value for money, I’d recommend that anybody take this tour for a much more personal experience.

We had an fantastic experience exploring the West Bank of Luxor with Ali, our private guide, as it allowed us to travel at our own pace, avoid the crowds, and visit the sites we were most interested in—including the Valley of the Kings, Medinet Habu Temple, and Hatshepsut Temple.

Our driver, Ali, was fantastic—caring, professional, and knowledgeable to make the most of our day. He ensured we were comfortable and well looked after throughout the trip. Everything was smooth, from pick-up to drop-off.

After visiting the Temples of Karnak and Luxor, we asked Ali to arrange a tour to the West Bank with our wonderful guide Ereen. We were picked up from our hotel and driven to the West Bank. Ereen helped our family of 4 navigate everything from buying tickets to transport to the tombs. She gave us lots of interesting information about the Valley of the Kings, including tips on which tombs to visit. (You get 3 tombs with your ticket, but can buy additional entries) it was hot and busy so go early if you can. We stopped for refreshments at an Alabaster workshop where we bought some souviners! Onwards to Hatshepsuts temple which was breathtaking. Again, we had plenty of time to explore and take photos before heading to see the Colossai of Memnon. We’d thoroughly recommend booking this trip with Ali. Nothing is too much trouble.
