Tour Highlights
- The Balloon is scheduled to take off before Sunrise and the ride takes 30 minutes.
- Departure time may vary depending on sunrise time.
- The hotel pick-up takes place 45 minutes before the take-off scheduled time.

Tour Plan
- Transfer from hotel to motorboat takes about 20 minutes depending on the hotel or Nile cruise location, crossing the River Nile from the east to west bank of Luxor takes about 10 minutes.
- Transfer to the launch sites takes 15 minutes, inflation takes about 20 minutes and then we are airborne.
- The flight is approximately 30:45 minutes depending on the weather and we will ascend from this site: in front of Hatshepsut Temple to several thousand feet.
- Once you're air your pilot will point out the spectacular sites of Luxor from valleys to the unique west bank of Luxor, to the Nile, and the fields absolutely beautiful of nature.
- Once we have landed and the balloons restored, we will prepare our traditional non-alcoholic beverage (water/juice).

Our hot air balloon ride in Luxor was an absolutely spectacular experience from start to finish! The pick-up and return to our hotel were seamless and well-organized, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Once in the air, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of Luxor’s temples and the Nile at sunrise. Our pilot was incredibly professional and thoughtful, ensuring that everyone in the basket had a chance to enjoy the stunning scenery. We also noticed that our ride lasted longer than some of the other balloons around us, which made the experience feel even more special.
The landing was incredibly soft, and we felt completely safe the entire time. The service was efficient, and the entire team was friendly and professional. We were so lucky to be able to fly after some bad weather had put a stop to trips. We were collected from our hotel and a short walk to the motor boat to cross the Nile to the West Bank. Our guide explained everything and reassured us he would be with us every step of the way. It was wonderful to watch the first flight balloons already up in the morning sky. We were driven to the balloon field and could immediately see the expertise that comes with years of doing your job well. The team worked quickly to get the balloon inflated. And then we were helped into the basket. The breathtaking views of the river Nile and Theban mountains stretched out around us as we sailed over the fields below. We could see so much detail of many monuments. Our trip lasted longer than all of the other balloons as our pilot could see we were enjoying every moment. We had an incredible landing, even better than the aeroplane. We were greeted by locals who live on the edge of the desert. I’d really recommend a balloon trip. It was the perfect end to our week in Luxor.
